Christmas and New Years were a lot of fun. We stayed in Dobbs Ferry, NY with my brother and his family. We actually had a white Christmas! It was really enchanting. It was one of our best Christmases ever - lovely connection with family and friends, warmth, cheer, fun, joking. Both sets of grandparents came. The best part was of course that the girls had a blast with Merlin. Well OK maybe that was the 2nd best part. :)

But it wasn't always freezing....
